My stay at Springs Motel was absolutely perfect. The desk attendants were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They provided everything we needed for a cozy evening by the fire - from starters to wood and a lighter, all at no additional cost. We didn't experience any disturbances from vehicle noise. The tranquil atmosphere allowed us to fully unwind. The kids had a blast in the pool, and the consensus among all of us is that we can't wait to return. If you're seeking a nostalgic and delightful getaway, this is the place to be!

We stayed in August of 23. The room was adorable and the style super cool. The refrigerator was adorable, but up on a stand, and when I opened it it tipped, about to fall over. Be careful, kids! The location was great for the activities we wanted to enjoy. The lobby was closed (we never saw anyone who worked there) and so was the bar, and there was no breakfast. I found these odd for August. Also, we arrived in the dark and it was nearly impossible to find the entrance or parking. But, the pool was great, it was really quiet, and we loved the over all environment. We will come back!

My husband and I stayed here last weekend. The Springs Motel exceeded every one of our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, quiet. The staff was so kind and helpful. We had planned on going out to dinner, but decided to cook on the property grill and eat our food by the campfire. They had all the wood/charcoal/etc supplies ready for you to use. Our motel neighbors joined us on the couches near the fire, which was nice to have a sense of community and socialization as well. Cannot wait to visit again. 10/10 recommend!

Always eager to try out a woman-owned business, we stayed for the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised of how posh this motel is, while still incorporating the natural beauty of the Berkshires, and keeping the feel of the original motel. Yes, it is rural but that is the point. The front staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and recently renovated, and the location was ideal. Can’t wait for our next visit!!

Go somewhere else! Room was not great. Needed to request a heater for the family. The outlet in bathroom had no cover. Room looked like it got paint and pretty much that’s it. Wires coming out of the wall. Windows from the 60’s I guess that’s why we needed the heater. Bathroom could use an overhaul. No one was in the office when we went to ck in. Not worth the rate at all. Voiced our concerns to the “manager “ who relayed them to the owner who was apparently sick at the time and did not get back to us at all, even two weeks later when I spoke to the “manager “ Again. Apparently he has no authority to compensate customers all. 1 out of 5. Would never stay there again. Poorly run and cheaply updated. Like they gave up on a room and said good enough onto the next one. Sad.
